Hi, I’m Jon-Michael (yep, two first names). I’m a Product Manager based in Salt Lake City with a background in SaaS and platform development. I focus on building products that make complex workflows simple, accessible, and impactful — driving adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.When I’m not working with teams to ship great products, you’ll find me outdoors with my dog. My process

01 – Understand the Problem (JTBD)

Partner with stakeholders and users to uncover core jobs-to-be-done, validate pain points, and frame opportunities in terms of real business and user impact.

02 – Define Success Metrics

Establish measurable outcomes upfront — adoption, engagement, efficiency, or revenue — ensuring teams are aligned on what success looks like for both the business and the user.

03 – Shape the Solution

Collaborate with design and engineering to explore solution spaces, create prototypes, and validate concepts quickly. Technical fluency helps me balance feasibility with user experience.

04 – Validate with Users

Run structured user research, panels, and pilots to gather feedback early. Translate insights into roadmap adjustments, accelerating iteration cycles.

05 – Build & Execute

Drive clarity in requirements, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment. Ensure teams deliver solutions that meet both technical feasibility and strategic goals.

06 – Measure & Iterate

Launch, measure against KPIs, and continuously refine the product. Treat adoption and feedback as inputs into the next iteration of the roadmap.
